Returns are accepted within 30 days if items have attached tags, original packaging, and can be sold as new.
The following items are final sale: car seats, blessing outfits, DockATots, Owlet products, teethers, pacifiers, sippy cups, bottles, crib mattresses, displays, and clearance items. Proof of purchase is required for returns. Refunds will be given by the original payment method.

Replaced Bag Quickly
The first bag I received, the button broke the first time I opened the bag (that’s why I’m giving the bag 4 stars) but baby cubby is amazing and they worked kindly and quickly with me to get it replaced. I love the color and design of the bag. I really do believe this bag will last and that I just got a fluke bag that broke so quickly. However, I wouldn’t hesitate to order anything from Baby Cubby.
