“Glitch” in system with little explanation
About a week after registering, a random child was linked to my account and car seat. After the third attempt to contact the company, they had very little info and told me, “it’s been resolved.” They were unable to answer me if my child’s information was accidentally linked to a strangers account. When speaking to Babyark’s customer service team about returning, they were very pushy about giving it another chance and truthfully unkind. Great concept in terms of car seat design, but a poorly executed company.

We are so sorry if they were unkind to you. That is absolutely not acceptable and does make us question our relationship with the brand. We will also be discussing this with them as well.
